Bent depth guide

Remove blade.
Remove blade guard stop(located behind blade) philips screw.
Loosen 2.5mm hex set screw at base plate.
Remove stop ring on depth adjustment knob.
Loosen depth adjustment knob until free.
Withdraw bolt through depth guide, noting washer positions and guide orientation.
Replaced damaged dept h guide.
Reverse steps.
Some adjustment required for depth guide knob upon reinstallation. Simply tighten to your preferred tightness on the adjustment knob without installing the stop ring and orient to the correct position, then finish with the stop ring.

I dropped my saw and bent some parts

I removed bent parts and replaced with new ones. The parts fit well so it was an easy fix.

Circular saw fell off ladder and this piece bent inward.

Remove guard stop screw
Move guard out of the way
Remove slip washer and unscrew main bolt holding the depth gauge to the saw
Use small allen wrench and remove the base plate off the depth gauge
Remove bent depth gauge and install the new one in reverse steps
Fiddle with placing the release level to it tighte ns and releases at the proper tensions
