Apparently, the sunken screw came loose and pushed the rubber sleeve against the blade. The saw was making very loud and screech noise.

Removed the blade first and then the screw and sleeve. Installed the new screw and sleeve. The saw is working very good with no noise or screeching sound. The nice thing about this replacement website has diagram of all parts used on the saw. After entering my model number, looked through the diagram, identified the part numbers, made my order and received parts within 5 days via regular mail. The exploded view diagram is an excellent tool to identify parts and locations on the saw.
