Removed the blade first and then the screw and sleeve. Installed the new screw and sleeve. The saw is working very good with no noise or screeching sound. Reinstalled all new parts loosely

Used skill saw to cut up flooring. Rattled bolt and rubber blade stop loose.
Remove the screw that held the old bumper on.
Screw the new bumper on with the screw
