Needed a new drive pulley, an inner armature bearing and a flat shoe.

2. Removed the motor housing, the armature and replaced the inner armature bearing.
3. Installed the new flat shoe.

Had to use vise as a press plus 2 sockets to make this work. One socket on each end , one for the bolt to be pressed into which allows the bearing to be fully seated and the other end a small socket to drive the bearing into the new pulley.

Not sure why they don\'t have this pulley assembly already assembled so all a customer would have to do is bolt it on to the sander. Would save a lot of time and effort.
