Installed new bearing inside front belt sander roller. Used an appropriate sized socket to gently tap the bearing in place. At this point the roller/bearing assembly was bolted to the front of the machine as required. Then installed the new sanding belt, job complete.

Had to order new pulley, new bearing plus all washers.
Had to use vise as a press plus 2 sockets to make this work. One socket on each end , one for the bolt to be pressed into which allows the bearing to be fully seated and the other end a small socket to drive the bearing into the new pulley.
Helps to be mechanically mind ed.
Not sure why they don\'t have this pulley assembly already assembled so all a customer would have to do is bolt it on to the sander. Would save a lot of time and effort.
Thanks for having the new parts available.
