This spindle lock pin is an OEM direct from the Milwaukee manufacturer. The metal pin is made for use with (SER B96A) Cordless 18 Volt 4-1/2" Cut-Off/Grinders. Fitted in the gearcase kit, this component is designed to lock the spindle. A hex key and pliers are helpful to the repair process. The spindle lock pin is sold individually.
Remove grinding wheel and hold down nut remove four screws pulled head of grinder apart. Remove spindle lock button. Remove lock button tube. Replace parts in reverse order a grinder back together.
