1. Removed the two screws holding the broken part.
2. Disassembled the spring assembly by removing the roll pin.
3 reassembled the spring assembly in reverse order, compressed the spring on the wooden bench, reinserted the roll pin.
4. Installed the assembled hook, and attached it with the two screws.
