I installed the whole kit, and then found out I had forgot to install the four shock absorbers and had to take the drill all apart again as two went into each side of the casing. Otherwise, everything worked great and my drill is like new again.
The item arrived in ten days in Canada. I paid the $60 U.S.P.S and then had to pay a bit over $20 import tax as the part is made in China, if it was made in the U.S. I would not have had to pay any duty. Just a note: If the item had been shipped by courier they would charge me a further $26 forwarding on top the amount that I would have paid the shipper for freight. That is a scam and I always refuse delivery in that case.

Took it apart made notes and separated everything neatly. Followed what limited instructions there were to put it back together. Figure a few things out more than once. Finally got it all dialed in.
I opened the drill body with the torx 10 screwdriver.
Removed the brushes trigger harness assembly.
I installed the new assembly the same way the old one was in there.
Put the drill body back together and tested it out. Made sure everything worked perfectly.
