I ground a big nail head down on the grinder until it just barely fit inside the bushing. Then filled the bushing hole full of water and some grease, and a soggy paper towel, Drove the nail head into it and pushed out the old bushing. Have to add more grease or water and paper towel as you go. Until it pops out. Hammered the new one back

Cuts like a brand new one again.
