Changed out all parts ordered and updated other pieces. A busted air compressor worth over $200 given to me because it would not hold air, is now operating and perfect after receiving parts. Awesome!

Loosen motor bracket and nuts holding tube in place. Retain nuts for reuse. Measure and cut tubing being very careful not to cut too short. I made several (4) cuts for a perfect fit. Install nuts and compression rings on tube ends and tighten nuts to compressor evenly and tighten. Re-install motor strap and check for leaks.

Removed the cooper tubing from pump to valve. Rubber ferrules badly damaged and tubing was crushed. I just had to cut the cooper tubing supplied in the kit, put on the ferrules and compression nuts and that was it.

Disassembled compressor head laid out old parts in sequential order and assembled in reverse order removing old gaskets and putting new ones in place.
Replaced the tube assembly with some cutting using a tubing cutter to get proper height and length and using adjustable wrench tighten tube nuts with Ferrels to tank and compressor he ad.
Closed drain valve and hooked up hose with air tool and plugged in to gfci receptacle and let it build up pressure 125 psi to cut off used air tool to drop pressure and let it run until it got to its high limit 125 psi before it cut off again and this time I let compressor sit for 30 minutes and no noticeable drop in air pressure.
I am thoroughly Pleased with the parts and the ease of repair.
It sure beats putting out another $150-$200 for another compressor.
