Part fine but order process not.
I only wanted one and as soon as I saw it was charging and sending me two I called immediately with no success and I emailed with no success either. I tried numerous time to try to fix the issue by calling and emailing within minutes of seeing the error, but I received and email confirming the shipping of two within an hour or two of ordering. Customer service appears to be an issue and needs some work.

1. Took a class at YouTube U to find out how to remove the string head on my Dolmar (now Mikita) string trimmer. Learned different ways the various brands were designed, but nothing on Dolmar/Mikita.
2. Wire brushed and scraped the head. No clue on how to hold the driveshaft steady while unscrewing the head

4. Disassembled everything we could, including removing the head from the shaft.
5. While reassembling the head a piece of mud fell off of the stationary part of the head, exposing a hole.
6. Put a small Allen wrench into the hole to hold the driveshaft steady.
7. Rotated the head counter clockwise and it came off.
A five minute repair took two people an hour because we didn\'t know what we were doing. Putting instructions on how to replace the head in the package would have been greatly appreciated.
