This is an authentic OEM component from Campbell Hausfeld. The oil drain cap is constructed of metal, and is fitted onto the oil drain extension. This cap is sold individually, and an adjustable wrench is helpful with the repair.
replaced the compressor with exact bolt in factory replacement. It is a simple job,ut it would have been nice if the kit included the oil drain extension tube. I will have to wait until the first time i change the oil to install it now
1. Removed oil plug
2. Wrapped pipe tape on both ends of oil drain extension
3. Threaded oil drain cap onto oil drain extension
4. Threaded oil drain extension and cap into compressor
5. Used wrench to tightened oil drain extension and cap
