Removed pulley cover, removed old cable and replaced with new.

Clutch cable spring was broken.

Old cable
Removed the protective cover from the under carriage. Loosened the tension pulley. Remove cable from said pulley. Then unhooked the hooked end from the clutch engagement handle.
New cable
Hooked, hooked end to the clutch handle. Hooked the tension spring to the clutch plate. Put cable around tension pulley. Ti ghten tensions pulley. Loosened tension bolts to adjust the tension. Tighten said bolts. Put the protective cover back. Working as expected.

Spring snapped on the end of drive cable

1. Removed cover at bottom of snowblower
2. Loosened cable pulley
3. Pull out old cable and unhooked it from hand lever
4. Reattached new cable to lever
5. Tightened cable pulley back up after running cable through
6. Attached spring to friction wheel lever with pliers
7. Put cover back on and adjusted cable tension
8. Easy

Removed the belly plate, disconnect broken cable. Install new cable run it up to the handle.

I removed the lower cover of the snow blower to access the drive so that I could hook up the spring end of the cable after hooking the top to the drive handle, reinstalled the tensioner and away we go. very easy!

Removed bottom plate, loosened cable wheel
Removed cable from handle
Installed new cable in handle, and cable wheel
Pulled up on friction wheel , connected cable
Tightened cable wheel,replaced bottom plate
