This is an original Kawasaki replacement air filter element used on small engines. It is supplied from original manufacturer and it is sold individually. This assembly includes a pleated paper filter in a plastic housing and a metal clamp which is used to secure element to the air filter tube. No tools would be needed to complete this repair. • Simply loosen the bolt knob on the clamp • Remove old element and install new one • Fasten the clamp and test the unit

Emptied the oil and replaced the oil filter, then put new oil in.

Removed old fuel filter using pliers On clamps after squeezing fuel supply line coming from tank

Air filter and pre filter with new one
Removed spark plus wires using pliers and removed spark plugs with socket wrench and spark plug socket. Then installed new spark plugs with new ones and replaced spark plug wires.
I also vacuum operated fuel pump with new one and replaced a section of fuel line with new line from auto parts store
Drained the old engine oil into oil drain pan then removed and replaced engine oil filter. Refilled with new oil ( 2 quarts).
Removed and replaced oil filler neck and o-ring with new oil filler neck and o-ring.
Replaced engine shroud onto engine and replaced tractor hood.
Used internet to locate engine wiring diagram. Corrected diagram to actual existing harness. Verified wiring continuity to carb fuel shutoff circuit. Replaced intermittently grounding wire harness. Performed maintenances required.
