Lawn Mower would not shut down when release handle

Replaced the engine brake and cable. Parts received were an exact match for my mower. Most work involved removing engine plastic cover and starter rope coil above engine for access to the engine brake. Replacing the parts were easy.

The 2 springs were replaced in the rear of mower that puts tension on the plastic cover to gr ass bag catcher. Had to remove the handle to the mower on one side and both wheels to replace springs. Easy work and little time to do this.
