Removed the top cover containing the starter rope, removed the screws holding the carb bracket, the fuel line removed from the carb, replaced the old carburetor with the new one in reverse order. Mower started right up, every thing is just fine now.

1:Removed the pull rope
2:Removed the air filter housing
3:Removed the fuel tank
4:Removed and replaced the old carburetor
5:Reassembled the mower
6:Filled fuel tank and tested repairs. Fuel no longer leaks into the engine when off
