Dryer making noise while running, particularly on start up
Removed front panel, (two screws at bottom) removed 4 screws holding front tumbler support. Removed small shield, to gain access to front panel of blower housing. Removed same blower front housing cover, by removing several small screws.
Removed two clamps holding blower to it\'s shaft. One with pliers & one with snap ring pliers.

... Read morebr />Slid blower off of shaft & replaced with new one. Re-installed all parts. Note: Make sure you re-check the belt position on tumbler, prior to re-installing front support. I didn\'t & it made a whistling noise, due to misalignment! had to go back in & re-align the belt.
I initially ordered a new belt, and new drum rollers. As I began disassembly, I realized that the fan cage \"d-shape\" had worn into a circle! This was actually the main problem, but I decided, since I WAS IN THERE, TO REPLACE THE AFOREMENTIONED PARTS, BUT ALSO THE IDLER PULLEY.
