Remove all of the part opposite the feed shaft. Replace in the correct position with the quill. I replace the handles also. Remove screw securing set ring, remove it and replace it with the new one.
Remove the parts from the old ring
Install the new one on the drill press quill
Tighten the bolts to secure it to the quill
Install the parts on the new ring
Set the new set ring around the quill , then tightened the screw, then I was done. Other then installing the parts that go in it.
