Released the tension on the belt by turning the thumb screw and pulling back on the motor. Removed the old belt. Remove the old nut from the top of the pulley, Tapped the old pulley off. Checked to make sure the spindle was still okay. Tapped the new pulley on, then tightened the new nut. Installed the new belt and set it to the correct
