Great experience!
I purchased a drill chuck and received exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the old chuck off the drill, so I decided to return the one I bought. The return process was easy and quick. Thanks!

resale pricing
it would be nice if you had re-sale pricing for retail businesses like mine. I am General Manager of Kennedy Hardware in Wheeling WV. We specialize in tools for commercial and industrial businesses. I buy a lot of parts from you, and there are frequent occasions, by the time I mark them up to make a profit, the customer gets gun shy on the prices, and walks. Im certain, that if I could get a price break for retail, Im sure we could do a substantial amount more business. thank you, Tom
