Took the reel apart to examine the problem. Ordere the parts from ereplacement parts. O have fixed many items from refrigerators to fishing reels. E replacement parts has the parts you need. If you are not sure, watch u tube to learn how to make a repair, then order the parts. You will save a lot of money doingnit yourself.

Remove sideplate, remove old bearing clean out old grease, put in new bearing add oil. Done.
