This is an Authentic OEM sourced replacement part designed for Penn Reels. It is made out of Compound Material and it is Sold Individually. It helps to distribute the pressure evenly and provides a tight seal for the connecting pieces inside the reel. Replacing this Washer you would need a Screwdriver.
