The retainer handle nut and the lock screw were lost.

2 Removed the reel handle and drag star nut
3. Removed side covers to allow access to crank gears
4. Took screwdriver and removed screw holding gear on to side cover
5. Removed worn out gear and replaced with new one.

7. Now works like a champ !
Screw fell off, retainer and nut followed. Lost \'em.

Then put it back on to point of being tight
Placed the lock nut over that nut
Screwed in the handle lock screw...done
Lost lock plate, then retaining nut fell off. Reel handle almost fell off after that.
