I disconnected the air intake supply line (copper tube) off the check valve and replaced the old check valve with the new one. Then connected the air supply line to the new check valve.
Disconnected the wires to the pressure switch (make sure you unplug the power before you do anything) unscrew the pressure switch and replace it with the new one. Connect wires. Plug in power.

Air compressor tripped circuit breaker when starting at 120 psi

My compresser is a Husky 30 gallon C302H from Home Depot. You have to use a 7/8 inch deep oxygen sensor socket because they have a small brass 90 degree fitting on the side of the check valve and the fitting hits the top of the compressor when you try to remove it. Use the oxy sensor socket with the wide slot. Also the check valve is re ally tight and hard to break loose.
