This is a genuine manufacturer sourced replacement regulator/manifold for air compressors. This part adjusts the pressure of the air coming from the tank to the desired level. Includes regulator body, two (2) gauges, two (2) brass quick connect fittings and a regulator knob. Make sure to unplug the air compressor release all the air from the tank before installing this part.

What don't you sell a replacement knob for the regulator its 1 7/8ths long?

I'm trying to get just the regulator with adjusting knob with it not rebuild kit the regulator is missing just the back bolt and pin are there where can I get the whole just regulator assy

Compressor would continue to run because of bad regulator

Simple project -take off the the screws holding the manifold and the metal shroud-unhook the hoses connected-reattach the brass fittings with making sure you use thread tape-and screw it all back together. Fire it up and it worked like a charm. Easy as pie.

Air control knob had leak and wouldn\'t push in after adjustments

1. Pried clamp off manifold and pulled air hose off it.
2. Removed 4 - T30 screws that holds manifold to compressor.
3. Removed old man/reg and installed a new clamp on air hose and attached hose to man/reg. I tried a pex clamp but I didn\'t have one big enough. I used a small 1inch worm drive clamp.
4. Installed ne w manifold with 4 - T30 scews.
5. Started compressor and it build and held air like new!

Easy , you\'ll need a 1/2 inch hose clamp, attach the air line to the replacement manifold and replace hex screws and done! Every thing was in the package but that one 1/2inch hose clamp. If that was in the box it would be perfect.

I caused a problem that made the pressure adjustment valve leak

1. I used a screwdriver and removed the cover plate from the compressor.
2. I used the screwdriver and removed the old manifold regulator assembly from the cover plate
3. I used some pliers to remove the hose from the old manifold
4. The only part not available with the new manifold assembly was a 1/2 inch hose clamp th at I used to reattach the pressure hose to the new manifold using a screwdriver.
5. Screwed the whole assembly back together and it works perfectly.

Unbolted manifold from housing
Removed hose from old manifold and installed on new manifold
Reassembled housing and manifold
Tested and all worked like it was supposed to
