Heat exchanger had a leak, replaced along with thermostat.

1. Removed covers
2. Removed tubes and wires to the exchanger
a. Hard to access tubes & wires
3. Removed exchanger
4. Replaced exchanger and thermostats
5. Reattached all tubes and wires.
