Unscrew handle halves. Remove screws holding handle to saw and remove. Unscrew wires to trigger and remove. Screw handle half to saw that holds trigger. Install trigger wires to new switch and install into handle. Tuck in the wires as not to get pinched and install second half of handle and screw together. Install screws to a fix handle t o saw. Table or foot repair starts with removing depth adjustment screw by removing retaining clip then handle and increasing nut. Remove nut at front of saw at the table. Remove table. Position table onto saw body and screw front screw and nut. Position rear adjustment arch into threaded stud and replace nut. Adjust the nut so the Table can go up and down. Position the lever so down is tight and up loosens enough to adjust depth. Install keeper e clip. On old table remove adjustment nut and install on new table. Just reverse the process to install. Done. Now the saw will cut square and the honey dos will go easy.

Install trigger, cord and cord protector on 7-1/4\" Skill mag 77 worm drive saw.
Before starting ensure that saw is unplugged.

1-Remove right side half of saw handle. Inside handle, remove screws that secure cord tail clamp, and trigger, and ground wire. If the cord is to be replaced along with trigger, discard old part s. If the old cord is to be reused, remove cord connections from trigger.

2-Install cord tail protector on cord by inserting the wire connectors through the small end of protector. Slide protector toward plus end of cord so about 6 inches of the cord passes through protector. Note-if old cord and cord tail protector is to be used, this step can be skipped.

3-Using appropriate parts secure cord connections to trigger according to diagram that is included with trigger. Note- if this step is not done correctly the saw will not operate and electrical circuit that the saw is connected to will overload, possibly causing damage/ injury.

4-Secure ground to saw body, ensure wires are appropriately positioned so they do not get pinched when the handle case halve is reinstalled. Secure cord with cord clamp and place the end of cord protector into slot behind cord clamp. Align and secure handle case half in place. Be sure not to over torque screws as the plastic parts are susceptible to damage.
