This is a genuine OEM sourced replacement part, not an aftermarket imitation. It is specially manufactured for use with MTD and Troy-Bilt chippers and shredders. This special flat head screw is generally used to secure the chipper blade. It has a hex socket head and it is sold individually.

Removed casing that covers blade assembly removed flail blades and shredder blade. All very simple, just make sure you have the right sockets and allen wrenches. All in all real simple.
