The service was prompt and easy. Unfortunately the part was not the correct one. Return was easy after talking with Mona Dunlop Gay. The online return would not accept my email even though this email is how you are reaching me for this survey. Mona said there were issues with return emails. I recommended your business to my son and others. Thank you!
Great service and very helpful customer service person.

The chain saw is now working like new, cutting with ease! Thank you for having all the correct parts I needed and at good prices. Jim
I took the chain off then started saw for noise then took sprocket and gear off started saw looked and found broken teeth on the gear and semi worn roller bearings, replaced them started saw no more noise. Off to cut wood again.
