Dissembled pole saw using a phone camera to document where parts came from to ensure they were replaced properly. Ordering and waiting for new parts, exceeds my short term memory time span. Individual parts were not too expensive so I ordered several new parts that may not have been necessary but my logic was to extend the life of the pol e saw. Parts came and I cleaned all existing part of saw from debris and chain saw oil. Replaced parts (used photos - learned this a long time ago, the hard way). The only guess was which side of the sprocket the washer belonged on as the original was blown away. The new sprocket was just a bit too thick so the retaining clip would not go on. The old sprocket looked fine so I reused it. Using the retaining clip tool, well worth a $6-7 price, I reassembled the saw. Works like it is supposed to and now I have a large pile of tree branches to haul away. I have not yet replaced the switch parts but will. The current switch requires me to press and pull in just the necessary angle to engage the motor. I ordered those parts at the same time. Great source of parts; timely shipping; trouble free. Will use ereplacementparts again.
