Hello Brad, thank you for your question. The cover does not come with lock nuts or sleeves. Looking at the schematic, it comes with item #'s 12-16. The nut flange is part V265000200. The Roller is part 90033040088. The Washer is part 43311538330. There are photos of all of these part for you to verify. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week.
