Ordered wrong part
I accidently ordered the plastic jar when I meant to order the glass jar. I returned the plastic jar and then placed the order for the correct glass jar. They sent me the wrong item and I had to return it also. I then had to order the glass jar again. I understand mistakes happen (ie: I ordered the wrong jar the first time). My only problem is that I have actually been charged for all three orders and have not received credit for the first two that I had to return. Seems like they should be able to process the credit as fast as they process the charge.

Placed the blending assembly in the jar bottom, then the gasket. Then thread that assembly to the bottom of the jar. Then placed both lids on top of the jar.
