Replacement part was exactly the same solid glass/pyrex container down to the measurement markings. Everything fit perfectly and my blender is being abused once again.
Removal of stripped coupling.
1. Coupler unable to be unscrewed from motor shaft due to stripped threads.
2. Used Dremel rotary tool with abrasive cutoff wheel to carefully cut coupler off of motor shaft.

The blender leaked and then stayed in the back of a cabinet for a long time. I remembered it was a great blender but always leaked so ordered the parts.
I just replaced all the pieces that could have led to the leak except for the cutting/blending blades. It worked! So grateful I was able to order the parts from eReplacementParts.com!
1. Disassembled my bad blending assembly using my hand and a wrench for added pressure on the nut that was not easy to unscrew
