This was just a matter of putting the pieces together. Pieces that are meant to come apart for cleaning purposes . So no tools necessary. Glad I was able to get replacement parts as it\'s not possible to buy this model any longer.
I went on the Replacement Parts web site, quickly found the replacement part required, and
placed the order, and got a very quick part arrival. Super easy to order from this Company. And super easy to replace the part.

Braun appearently changed the size of the \"Upper Part.\" The one I got was significantly smaller than the one that fit our Braun. The model number was the same.
After the new part did not fit. I beat the sintered bronze bearing off the shaft after soaking it with WD40. I sanded the corrosion off the steel shaft, lubed it with silicon. and reassemble the \"Upper Part.\" It work fine again. Be careful to not break the bearing. Sintered bronze is not strong.
