This is an OEM replacement part for Porter Cable band saws and is sold individually. This plastic component attaches to the brush holder with a screw and washer to ensure that the blade's teeth do not become obstructed. Simply unscrew using a screw driver to replace this part.

With a small screwdriver, press on the small plastic tabs on the bottom and top of the switch, and remove it from the housing, just far enough to exchange the wires.
To get the correct wires on to the new switch, remove the wires one at a time from the old switch and connect them to the new switch.
