I took the guide block and placed them in the bracket. Then adjusted the bracket so the guide blocks were in the middle of the blade. I then push the guide block in so they were just barely touching the blade and then tightened the thumb screws.
I removed the old guide blocks from the brackets. And put a dollar bill between them and the blade for the correct placement. I then remove the old bearings and placed the new ones in and adjusted them so the blade was just almost touching them.
