This pin fits between the bearing block and the ball bearing and is available as an individual replacement part. This is a small part made of metal and will need to be replaced if it gets lost or broken. It is a genuine OEM sourced part which is specially designed for use with DeWALT band saws. A set of pliers and an allen wrench may be needed to replace this pin.
Removed the old bearing blocks by removing the screws holding them to the saw. Then replaced all of the bearings on the blocks. Punched out the pins in the block out to install the back bearings. Saw would not cut straight always veer to left. Found the blade had worn a groove in the bearing block and the blade was running off to the side of one bearing.
