Portable A/C code flashing PF

unscrewed side panels (6 screws), slid panel down and pulled off
unscrewed back panel (6+ screws), pulled off panel
unscrewed front & top panels (6) screws removed top and front
found the bad Feeler and removed metal cage where it was plugged in (5 screws)

plugged new feeler into plug and attached sensor ends into place, 1 w/ zip cable tie
reinstalled front and top, back, two side panels
Plugged A/C into wall, turned on to check for operation
F1 code flashing
turned off A/C
pushed on/ off button for 15 seconds to reset
If you can screw and unscrew, unplug and plug (as simple as usb plug) and zip tie a cable you can do this. Honestly, child who is good with legos could do this w/supervision watching that she or he replaced all screws back.
WA-LAH.... the repair shop was charging $85 to diagnose what the machine code was already diagnosing, and $135/ hr for labor =minimum $212.00, That is $202 dollars still in my pocket ! This piece cost me less than $10 dollars total and about 1.5 hr (because I missed a few screws putting it back together and had to dismount a couple panels)
The compressor would cycle on and then immediately off. PF error flashing when it happens.

2. Removed the metal casing covering the electronics.
3. Unplugged the existing feeler from the board and the side of the radiator.
4. Plugged in the new feeler.
5. Need a couple of new small strips to tie down wires before reassembly.
