Tools Used

Pliers, chisel, emery cloth and WD40

Remove the shear pins from each tine. The tines on my tiller were locked in place with rust. I used a chisel to remove them from the shaft. Once removed I used some emery cloth and WD40 to clean the rust from the shaft. Once clean I was able to slide the new tines onto the shaft and reinstall the shear pins. Works great now!

I had worn the existing tines down to almost nothing and I needed all four tines but used just the two that you sent, so it is off balance but usable.
