Used standard screwdriver to gently pry out old and then snapped in the new replacement...very easy..

You litterally take a butternife and wedge it near one of the two slots and it pops right off. Super easy.

Replaced lens and grille

The grill will snap off of the bracket , then just pry the lens out. And the put it all back together.

Unplugged fan and light from sockets.
Removed wingnut to remove grille
Used a nutdriver to remove power unit assembly.
Installed new power unit assembly, grill and lens

Removed lens cover by hand with a little persuasion. Removed light bulb, removed wing nut from vent grill assy and reversed the process with new. Very simple
