Tools:
Screw drivers, Wrench (Adjustable)
Parts Used:

Removed ventilator with pliers on nut
carefully removed globe and set aside for cleaning with generic glass cleaner
removed old mantels with fingers
cleaned frame with greased lighting
Used small pliers to remove pump cap ring
Pulled pump assembly with fingers, used small screwdriver to pry apart the cup seal , replaced with new cup and reassembled with screwdriver and pliers, inspected pump tube with Maglite and found to be relatively clean, reassembled pump into tube and oiled with 3 in 1 oil
installed new Coleman #21 mantels and burned them outside the house, the odor is toxic
replaced fuel cap gasket
Filled fount with filtered Coleman fuel while using plastic Coleman funnel
Carefully pressurized fount with about 40 strokes
used a kitchen match to ignite mantels, first burn always has flames
Used IR thermometer to measure temperature of mixing chamber which was about 500 degrees F
After a 1-2 hour cool down carefully install cleaned globe, install cleaned ventilator, tighten nut with fingers by careful I mean do not touch mantels
Use Nu polish to shine fount and ventilator and shine with old white mean\'s cotton socks
Again re-pressurize with about 5-20 strokes on pump. Lock the pump by rotating clockwise
After a each use of lantern I add 1-2 drops oil through cap oil hole
after about two tanks of fresh fuel, the ventilator reaches 735 degrees F
This lantern has been in my unheated storage building about 20 years.
I light it about once a week
I believe the Model number comes highway 321B

The date impint on bottom of fount is 2 76 which is February 1976
