Porta band speed will not vary, runs low speed. Would this be switch or Pcb?

Hi Gregory, Thank you for your question. If your band saw is running slow, it may have to deal with the blade. If you are using a dull blade or the wrong type of blade for the material you are using, the bandsaw will run slowly. Also, if the motor is not working correctly, the bandsaw may run slowly.
