Hello Robert, Thank you for the question. To remove the old handle, you will first have to disconnect power to your appliance. Then open the door. Using a putty knife, pry the trim on the back of the door off from the front. There are little retaining clips all around the front outer frame of your door that hold the back trim in place. Once you have that trim out you will have exposed the screws that keep your handle in place. Unscrew those screws, reuse them to install your new handle. Snap the back trim back into place.
