Is this the lower seal for the lint housing? What are it's dimensions and material used?

Hello Dale, Thank you for the question. This is the round Seal that goes on the Chute where the Blower Housing connects to the Chute and is about 26" long and composed of flexible plastic and foam material. We hope this helps!
