It is an OEM item which is made for Max stick nailers. This component provides an air-tight seal for the cylinder cap. Over time the material will wear out and it may begin to crack eventually requiring a replacement to prevent air leaks. To ensure the correct installation of the new seal, refer to the specific diagrams of your model. Note, it is made of durable material and is sold as an individual component. You will need an Allen wrench to remove and resecure the cylinder cap hardware in order to perform this repair.

I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to have stumbled upon your website. I can't believe that a unique o-ring for an old finish nailer still existed let alone in stock! This nailer went out on me while hanging bead board. I depleted my savings on the remaining materials so buying a new nailer was out of the question.
