Does the screw and washers for attaching this part come with it? My old guard is technically ok, but the screw stripped out and I have lost at least 1 washer.

Torn cord, broken guard

I removed the old blade guard and attached the new one with new and old hardware. I removed the screws from the saw handle assembly and gently pulled the old cord through the slide then did the reverse with the new cord.
