Hi George, Thank you for your question. If your air compressor is not building pressure, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. We recommend checking the conrod kit, the valve plate kit, the filter assembly, the manifold, and the o-rings. Once you have determined the part you need, please call customer service. I am wondering what the relative life expectancy of the pump is compared to the motor brushes? The brushes in mine are shot and am wondering if the pump will outlast a second set.

Hi Curt, Thank you for your question. The life expectancy of an air compressor pump is about 12-15 years. Motor brushes can last from 2-10 years. The part number listed under your model number for the brushes is E109432. My compressor just quit running while in use , now won't do anything. any ideas?

Hello Jeff, thank you for your questions. If the compressor won't start with air in tank, replace the check valve # E106618. If the compressor won't start with an empty air tank, replace the pressure switch E108524 if it isn't activating the pump motor. Replace the pump motor #E107853 if it doesn't start when activated by the pressure switch. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. need the rubber ring that fits on the end of piston. i'ts about 2and 7/8 in diameter. it is a husky air compressor . 175 psi with a 30 gal tank. can you send one
