The fuel filter kit ensures that the fuel that is supplied from the tank to the engine is free of dirt and other debris. Unfortunately, over time it may become clogged restricting the fuel getting to the carburetor and eventually requiring a replacement. This high-quality kit includes one filter and a fuel hose. Old broken fuel lines

Remove air filter housing
Remove both lines between fuel tank and carb
Use a wire hook to fish filter and line out of fuel tank
Feed new line into fuel tank far enough to fish line out and attach new filter
Attach line to carb
Attach new return line from carburetor and insert in tank.
Add fuel and start engine
If engine won't run reverse lines at carb.
Remove both lines between fuel tank and carb

removed the gas tank and replaced with new one. New tank came with new gas lines installed in tank. Very easy install, everything fit perfect, very well pleased.
