This high-quality spring is designed for use with DeLonghi air conditioners. It is supplied by the original equipment manufacturer. The adapter allows the straight exhaust hose to be connected to the unit. This is an identical replacement for a missing or a damaged part that was included with a new unit. It is made of high-quality plastic and is sold as an individual component. Make sure to check the diagrams of your model for the exact location and the correct installation of this part. Replacing it is a simple task that should not require any special tool, simply remove the old one and secure the new one. Note, the other components are all sold separately.

Hello Percy, Thank you for writing. This is normally caused by a build up of water in the tank and it needs to ebb drained. The Evaporator may also need to be cleaned. We hope this helps!

I need exhaust hose. Your product descriptions do not include details, descriptions needed. Does my model need clockwise or anti-clockwise hose? Is connector required? What is leather of the hose you have listed? Is your hose flexible?

Screwdriver, Nutdriver, Used vacuum to clean dust as disassembling.
Had to disassemble Air conditioner/ heating unit, clean, and then replace defective control panel with new control panel. Finished cleaning all parts that were dirty/ dusty, while apart before reassembling. Then checked to see if unit was working. Unit came on and seems to be working properly , now. Had to use new hose, and other pieces to vent out of window, as required. Already had most pieces needed that came with unit when purchased, and had previously purchased new control panel on a different, previous order from e-replacement parts.
