This genuine manufacturer sourced replacement burner tube set is designed for use with Weber gas grills. Burners are connected to the control valves and it is where the flames would rise from. These burners are made out of stainless steel and this set includes two (2) burner tubes, one (1) carry over tube and the hardware used to secure the burners.
You would need a wrench to complete this repair
• First make sure gas tank is disconnected
• Remove screws securing the old burners
• Disconnect old burners from control valves and replace them with a new burners
• Secure burners using the included hardware and
• Secure the carryover tube
• Connect the gas tank and test the burners

Unscrewed old burner tubes on outside near tank
Unscrewed old burner tubes inside with ratchet (which I didn't have correct fitting so had to borrow)
Slide burners out
Places new burner tubes in and lined up with outside part. Easier if I took off knob to push it down then added remaining pieces
Used ratchet to tighten inside grill
Replaced grates
Lit up grill and works great
Old burner and ignition had buned through and no longer worked

All the above took about 10 min.
Installed everything back in reverse order from above.
Tested for gas leaks
Reinstall took 10-15 min.
Spent more time cleaning the grill then I did with the repair.

2. Take gas manifold off and screws holding burner tubes in place.
3. Remove burner tubes from side of grill.
4. Clean around area where burner tubes were. Only if needed.
5 install new burner tubes with crossover to carry flame from one side to another burner.
6. Reinstall gas manifold back on burner tubes. Gas manifold not disconnected from line to
gas tank. Only disconnected the car cylinder.
7. Install gas cylinder and check for proper operation of grill.
Perfect and correct burner set.

Note: our burner tubes were still in good condition even after 12 years, just the crossover tub was needing to be replaced. But we install the whole kit and should be good for another 12 years!

2. Removed burner knobs and top plate assembly to gain access
3. Removed two screws and removed venturi holder
4. Removed top grate and flavorizer bars
5. Loosen hold down screws
6. Removed old burner tube
7. Installed new tube set
8. Re-assembled grill
I would use a can of WD40 to loosen the old hardware, it made it go easier

The igniter was even easier. Remove the panel, pull the old one out, snap the new one in, replace panel.
