I had checked at several local parts supply stores and could not find a clamp bolt the right size
with left-hand threads, so I ordered one form ereplacementparts and received it in a couple of days.
I checked the Owners Manual for the saw and followed the instructions to remove the blade.
I used the new clamp bolt I got from ereplacementparts and everything went back together just fine.
Again, ereplacementparts saved my bacon.

unplugged miter saw, raised blade guard, removed left handed blade bolt and removed aftermarket laser, replaced outer clamp and new blade bolt, lowered blade guard, plugged in and cut wood.

I measured the bolt and thought it was a 6mm, after getting the part from eReplacementParts I found that the part was the incorrect size. I opened an RMA with eReplacementParts and they were gracious enough to refund my money for the original parts, I ordered the correct 8mm size and life is good!

Put on blade. Hand tightened reverse thread bolt. Finished with a wrench tightening, making sure not to overtighen. Saw works great again.
