My two drills didn't come with bit holders from the manufacturer. These parts solved my problem.
1. Placed the bit holder on the side of the drill
2. Used the screw to fasten it in place
3. It took me about two minutes to install the bit holders on both drills.
The bit holders and the screws were a perfect match for both of my drills.

Installed each bit holder to a separate tool with screws I already had in stock as none included w/ part(s).
